What we measure
- Disclosed stock purchases from House PTR, Senate periodic reports, and applicable OGE filings.
- Transaction dates inside a rolling 90-day window (not filing dates).
- A conviction filter: three or more unique politicians on the same ticker.
What we do not claim
- This is not a buy recommendation. Filings can lag trades by weeks.
- Amounts are disclosure ranges, not exact share counts.
- Members may have sold the same ticker elsewhere; this list is buy-side only.

How this differs from “most traded”
